Brilliance Demands Bravery
I was recently asked by Creative Mornings / Cincinnati to do a talk on the importance of bravery in the creative process. I believe that bravery and creative expression are two sides of the same coin, and that if you want to do brilliant work you must commit to a set of everyday acts of courage. Below is a video of my recent talk. It was a fun event, and we had over 200 people in attendance. Enjoy!

So interesting! I would like to ask how many battles do you think a person can realistically pick? My family are one obviously and so is my health, adding in another creates tension with the first two but I still want the third thing.
Great discussion! I always share your posts with my fellow creatives. I’ll share this one, as well 🙂
Todd,
This is the first time i see you speak. As a fan of your podcasts, the message you send are crisp, fun and make you think.

Thanks, Buyan.
Well done, Todd. Since I listen to every one of your PODcasts I had a running start. Regardless, you inspired me once again. Keep up the great work…please!
Fabulous correlation with Curtis Martin and finding your passion for work. May we all become as motivated in our creativity.
