FABULOUS talk! LOVE the plank analogy and the expectation escalation theory. I have narrowed my focus in work and life but have struggled with the ‘ping’. I have noticed my plummet in productivity since I’ve allowed the ‘ping’ to distract me. Seeing the number of hours spent checking email etc. is pretty sobering. Thanks so much for this information.
